Annual Maintenance Contract – (AMC)

Service support team offer several types of maintenance agreements designed to best fit to most customers. Our engineer can attend the call at customer site if client choose one of On-Site Agreements or equipment can be shipped to our Repair Center in the case of Depot Agreements.

Repair Services -

Comprehensive repair services are available for products sold by us. Service is performed at the Kolhapur Center. The service is available to all customers.

Standard depot repair turnaround is usually within 5 (five) business days.

Service on Call -
Technical support is available at Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The service is available to all customers.

Support personnel will return requests for technical support within 8 (eight) business hours of receipt of call. Customers may also contact via Email (online support).
